Booking process:
After checking the service availability, we will hold the car /van you select in normaly in 1 hour or with the commitment time, then you can process your booking and get the voucher confirmation from us.
Online payment for deposit the selection of service booking:

Please note that all online credit transactions are subject to a 3,7% of total price plus VND 5,500 per successful transaction will apply on cutomer's side.

Once payment has been received, the voucher / official email comfirmation will be issued immediately, and therefore cannot be refunded. Confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours.

What passengers need to do before departure:
- Passenger are recommended to be at the meeting point for pick up on time.
- Each passenger can carry on board a free baggage of maximum weight of 20 kg.

The proposed number of passengers: 5 SEATER CAR ( 1-5 PASSENGER), 7 seats CAR (1-6 passengers without luggage), 16 minibuses (take 1-15 people without luggage), 29 bus (1-28 people without luggage); Children are also included in the total number of passengers. Please select the correct type according to the number of passengers and your luggage. If the number of passengers exceeds the carrying capacity, it will result in rejection. 3. Overtime fee (overtime fee: 10 USD / hour can pay to our local drivers, and can not exceed 20:00);

5. If you need to use the vehicle for dinner: rental price will be: 7 seats van 300,000 VND, 16 seats 400,000 VND, 29 car 600,000 VND, service time does not exceed 20:00.
Special Notice
1. Holidays are subject for an additional surcharge, due to special holidays and you must book at least 05 working days in advance; 2024 Vietnamese Holidays, New Year's Day: January 28 th 2025 - January 31th 2025, Spring Festival (Tet Holiday) : February 01st 2025 - February 08th 2025, Southern Liberation Day & International Labor Day: April 29-May 3, Vietnam National Day: September 2 - September 4, Christmas: December 24 - December 25.
For holidays booking “the default price “ set by online booking payment is concerned as the deposit of the service if you do the online payment and the additional charge will be pay directly to our driver or at our office before using the services.
Apart from the above mentioned, the price is considered as normal price.

Instructions for use
1. Your e-mail will receive a confirmation form before departure. The purchase code in the confirmation voucher are the only documents for your travel. Please check the information carefully and keep it in a safe place.
2. Urgent order can be request by phone call, email , we will try to answer as quick as possible.
3. Urgent order just 1 day in advance, we will send a confirmation email by 20:00 at the latest time.
4. For other dates, we will try to send a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Pick up time and place

Return to the dock, cable car station or train station, the driver will be on time to meet you at the appointed time, the driver's waiting time is generally not more than 30 minutes, if overtime will be subject to overtime; Pick up place: please waiting at the lobby or the designated location; If you have different places of pick up, please let us know at the time of booking.

1. 7 days before the date of use before 12:00, free unsubscribe, change;
