After  checking the car rental service availability, we will  inform you about the quotation of your itinerary, then process to hold the car /van you select with the commitment time ( deposit for the trip may need by online payment transaction) , the service booking with confirmation voucher will send to you as as agreement.

Tranportation information require:

All passenger full names, nationalites, year of births.

Hotel name and address, pick up location.

Flight details : flight number and flight time.

Short group name for making welcome board.

What passengers need to do before departure:

- Passenger are recommended to be at the meeting point for pick up on time.

- Each passenger can carry on board a free baggage of maximum weight of 25 kg.

- Service change should be made before departure at least 72 hours. In case of flight delay, any emergency, please inform as soon as possible, then we will help to adjust the services.

 Special Notice
 1. Holidays are subject for an additional  surcharge, due to special holidays and you must book at least 05 working days in advance; 2024 Vietnamese Holidays, New Year's Day: January 28 th 2025 - January 31th 2025, Spring Festival (Tet Holiday) : February 01st  2025 - February 08th 2025, Southern Liberation Day & International Labor Day: April 29-May 3, Vietnam National Day: September 2 - September 4, Christmas: December 24 - December 25.
 For holidays booking “the default price “ set by online booking payment is concerned as the deposit of the service if you do the online payment and the additional charge will be pay directly to our driver or at our office before using the services.
 Apart from the above mentioned, the price is considered as normal price.

 Instructions for use
 1. Your e-mail will receive a confirmation form before departure. The purchase code in the confirmation voucher are the only documents for your travel. Please check the information carefully and keep it in a safe place.
 2. Urgent order can be request by phone call, email , we will try to answer as quick as possible.
 3. Urgent order just 1 day in advance, we will send a confirmation email by 20:00 at the latest time.
 4. For other dates, we will try to send a confirmation email within 24 hours.

3. Overtime fee (overtime fee: 10 USD / hour can pay to our local drivers, and can not exceed 20:00);

5. If you need to use the vehicle for dinner: rental price will be: 7 seats van 300,000 VND, 16 seats 400,000 VND, 29 car 600,000 VND, service time does not exceed 20:00.

2. Vietnam is affected by the French colonial period and has the habit of taking a tip. If you feel happy with the service of our driver, you can tip him where appropriate.

Exchange method
1. Before your departure, your email address will receive a confirmation form.  Please check the information carefully and keep it in good condition.
2. Urgent orders, we will give priority to arrange for you;
3. Book for the next day, we will send a confirmation e-mail by 20:00 everyday at the latest time;
4. Book other dates, we will try our best to send a confirmation email within 24 hours, please be patient.

Pick up time and place
1. The date of use, according to the confirmation of the pick up time in advance to the hotel lobby,  (recommended to print the voucher or bring electronic confirmation voucher ) and the name of the reservation.
2. Return to the dock, cable car station or train station, the driver will be on time to meet you at the appointed time, the driver's waiting time is generally not more than 30 minutes, if overtime will be subject to overtime; Pick up place: please waiting at the lobby or the designated location; If you have different places of pick up, please let us know at the time of booking.

1. 7 days before the date of use before 12:00, free unsubscribe, change;
2. 7 days before the date of use after 12:00, can not unsubscribe, change.
