Datanla Waterfall with roller coaster:

Located beside national road 20th, 5 km from downtown of Dalat, Datanla tourist site has an area of 312ha set amidst the preservation forests.

The legend story of Datanla waterfall
Datanla used to be called “Da Tam N’nha” by the native people. The K'Ho who had been living there told that: in the old time, fairies usually came there to take a bath. But people didn’t know that there was a stream under the leaves there. So, when native people discovered the water under the leaves”. Later, the word “Da Tam N’nha’ was pronounced to “Datania” and then changed to “Datanla”. It has become the official name until now.

Activities at Datanla falls
At the foot of the waterfall, Datanla stream flows slowly through cliffs then fflow onto a deep hole called deadly abyss located between two vertical cliffs with the height of over 40m.

Tourist can walk down to the fall or they can take the roller-coaster to the site.

Tuyen Lam Lake View

Tuyen Lam Lake, 6 km to the South of Dalat, has the water surface of 350 ha. It was created by Tia stream - head water of Da Tam River. No one knows when and why it was called Tuyen Lam, but maybe because of the grandiose nature around it - stream and forest were close to each other. Tuyen stands for stream, Lam stands for forest. Tuyen Lam is a place for water and tree meeting each other.The lake and its campus have fresh air, tranquil atmosphere and diversified natural landscape. The lake will become a big tourist attraction with the unique types of tourism such as sight-seeing, camping, health caring, trekking, mountain climbing, fishing, visiting revolutionary base and other activities for sport and recreation, especially eco-tourism.

If viewed from the cable car or seen from above, Tuyen Lam Lake is as a miniature ocean with each oasis on the lake is a continent, when choosing type of yacht to explore the lake, you will feel the immensity between sky and water surface, feeling completely immersed in nature, relax completely. And from that perspective, you will discover a very different Dalat. Slope, hills look like higher, space is vast and spreads over.

Pon Gour waterfall:

Located about 55 km south of Dalat, it is regarded as one of the most beautiful and imposing falls in the Southern Central Highlands of Vietnam with about 40 m in height and over 100 m in width. Surrounded by 25 hecta unspoiled forest, the waterfall slips into numerous sandstone stepping from top to bottom. Its massive water powerfully falling down seven floors produces sonorous sounds that can be heard from miles around.

For senior or children now also can see the waterfall by taking the electrict car transfer from the entrance to the waterfall base.

Elephant Waterfall:

Elephant Waterfall is located about 33 kilometers southwest of Da Lat City of Lam Dong Province in Nam Ban Town, Lam Ha District.
This waterfall, also called Lieng Rowoa Waterfall, is considered as the most beautiful and majestic waterfall in the highlands province of Lam Dong. It is more than 30m high, about 15m wide with the water flows make an area be obscured by the very white spray.

The transparent water flowing through granite mountain sides looks really spectacular, especially when the waterfall is illuminated by the brilliant sunlight, seven-coloured rainbow will appear.

Linh An Pagoda

Linh An Pagoda still capture visitors’ interests because of its modern architecture in harmony with nature, and the 4-hectare area is covered by forest trees, such as gum trees, crap myrtles, banyan-trees, etc.

A sanctuary, built in 1999, one of the most imposing places in Linh An pagoda, is 1,400 m2 wide and has its roofs covered with red tiles. One of the highlights of the sanctuary is two 20-meter long cement dragons forming a stair leading to the shrine. Moreover, there is a statue of Happy Budha being 12.5m high, 6.5m wide and 9m thick in back garden of the sanctuary and the 87 metter hight of QuanYin Statue built in 2020 in front of the sanctuary .

Silk Factory

The silk factory is an interesting place to visit, to see the entire process, from cocoon to fabric. The cocoons are soaked in hot water, and the delicate thread is wound onto a machine that unravels the cocoon. The thread is then wound onto a reel, which is used on a large loom, to weave it into delicately patterned fabric.

Cricket Farm:

Snacks made from crickets are diverse, with many different types, becoming one of the specialties of Da Lat. Coming to Dalat cricket farm, you will enjoy dishes such as fried crickets, grilled crickets, roasted crickets with salt and pepper, and fried with butter. ABOUT WEASEL COFFEE – CIVET COFFEE
Weasel coffee is the name of a special coffee, the rarest drink in the world. This kind of coffee exists only in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. It is collected from coffee farms, which is the feces discarded by wild weasels after eating mature coffee beans. Thus, it is really rare.

Dalat Weasel Coffee is produced under closed process. Clean Moka coffee farm and Weasel farm. Weasels eat mature coffee beans and discard feces, then people collect it and process.

Flowers plantation

The 200-hectare Van Thanh Flower Village of 50 years old is the home to nearly 300 growers. The growers have been applying advanced methods and techniques in transplanting and hybridizing rose types and have got initial success, such as fastening the blooming time of roses, harvesting faster, and creating more beautiful and less fading flowers.
They have been also the first farmers experiencing the greenhouse technologies and growing flowers in greenhouses (Dutch Red Roses, Italian Red Roses, Gerberas from Europe, etc.). Especially, they have actively breeding varieties with flowers in water to produce new products, unique, distinct market. Until now the senior created several new floral species by cross-breeding imported flowers and domestic ones. Roses, however, are still the chief products of Van Thanh Village and are fondly appreciated as the "Queen of Flowers".
