Located about 28 km form Dalat city center, take 45 minute to drive through the moutain way to the south -east part of Dalat City.

Cau Dat tea hill was established in 1927, since then it has experienced many changes, since 2005 was officially named Cau Dat – Da Lat tea joint stock company, located in 25km from Dalat tourist city central towards the South-East, at an altitude of 1,650m, covered with fog and fresh climate year round. Cau Dat is regarded as the place originated the Lam dong tea land area. With advantages in natural conditions makes it offer the unusual special quality goods
With 230 hectares of high-quality tea plantations makes a material region with best quality server for processing famous OTD black tea, Oolong tea and special green tea to supply domestic and foreign markets 350-400 tones of tea products per year.
Besides, the company trades, processes, exports other agricultural, forest, local products such as coffee, vegetable, flower, fruit….Doing ecological tourist service, doing outdoor and sightseeing service, lodging service, producing and trading wine.

The best time to come to Cau Dat tea hill is at 05:00 AM to enjoy the panorama view of the sea cloud in the valley , tourist will start from Dalat city at around 04:00 AM.

Now there are some cloud huting spots as: Panorama cafe, Cau Go San May, Thien Duong San May..ect.

Beside the sea cloud in early morning, tourist can come to visit the 1650 Tea factory, taste the different kind of tea products and can buy some best fresh tea from the factory workshop.
